About us

Meet Brad and Mallory

Southern Building and Design is a family-owned construction company led by Brad and Mallory, a dedicated duo with more than 25 years of combined experience in the construction and building industry.

Brad is a licensed general contractor, and design is just as much a part of what we do as building. We can help shape your project from the earliest ideas and plans, so the design and the construction come from the same team.

Over the years, we've gained experience across a wide range of residential and commercial projects, giving us the knowledge and attention to detail needed to bring each project from concept to completion. We believe that successful construction is about more than simply building; it's about building trust, relationships, and quality along the way.

As a team, Brad and Mallory bring complementary strengths to every project. We work closely with our clients, subcontractors, and partners to keep projects organized, communicate clearly, and ensure that every detail is handled with care.

At Southern Building and Design, we understand that building or renovating a property is a significant investment. That's why we take pride in providing our clients with honest communication, dependable workmanship, and a commitment to doing the job right.

Whether you're building a new home, renovating an existing property, or taking on a commercial project, we're here to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
